This is a program led by staff; volunteers can expect:
Set Up 5:30-6:30- Assist staff in setting up decorations, food, tables, and chairs. Volunteer may be asked to move up to 10 lbs, this opportunity involves walking around with periods of standing and sitting.
Food Assistance 5:55-7:55- Assist in handing out food, drink and snack options to residents attending with staff instruction. May be sitting or standing,
Sign In 6:00-8:00- Sign in residents as they arrive to the event with staff instruction. May be sitting or standing.
Break Down 7:30-8:30- Help take down decorations, return tables and chairs to original location, clean and organize following event. This volunteer may need to move up to 10 lbs and involves walking around with periods of standing and sitting.
