This is a staff-led program. Volunteers can expect:
Art Lounge Leader 2:00-3:30: Active role requiring standing and moving around Sign children in and assign them to groups Facilitate and explain art project instructions Communicate clearly with children and provide guidance Ensure children are supervised and engaged Assist with event setup and breakdown
Art Lounge Youth Helper - Elementary Age 1:55-3:25: Assist elementary school-age children with beading projects Requires standing, listening, and hands-on support Organize supplies for the group and return items to the storage closet Assist with cleanup
Art Lounge Youth Helper - Middle School Age 2:05-3:35: Assist middle school-age youth with beading projects Requires standing, listening, and providing guidance Support engagement and participation during activities Organize supplies for the group and return items to storage Assist with cleanup
Art Lounge Floater Assistant 2:10-3:40: Support both age groups as needed Assist the Art Lounge Leader with instructions and transitions Help manage snack time for children Assist with event setup and breakdown Assist with cleanup
