CPP Tent / Info Table - Greet attendees
- Distribute handouts and answer questions
Vendor Support - Assist vendors with final needs
Kids Zone - Art table (help kids, restock supplies, clean area)
- Face painting (line management, assisting kids)
- Bouncy house (monitor safety and flow)
Beer & Wine Area - Check IDs
- Distribute wristbands
- Monitor entry
Merch Table - Sell merchandise and track inventory
Popcorn & Popsicles - Distribute and restock
General Support - Wayfinding, light cleanup, keeping areas organized
