Help bring Blues Fest to life before the crowds arrive!
Volunteers will assist with:
- Setting up tents, tables, and chairs Installing signage, banners, and décor
- Setting up CPP tent (check-in, handouts, volunteer station) Preparing merch table (inventory,
- pricing, display)
- Setting up beer & wine area (ID check station, wristbands, signage)
- Assisting vendors with load-in and booth setup
- Setting up kids zone:
- Art table (supplies, seating)
- Face painting station
- Bouncy house area (layout + safety space)
- Setting up popcorn station and popsicle distribution area
- Organizing flyers, handouts, and giveaways
