Girls on the Run - Spring 5K Volunteers Needed - May 16-17, 2026

The Girls on the Run 5K is a unique, end-of-season event that brings together thousands of NOVA girls, their families, and community members for a celebratory 5K run. To be a success, each 5K event needs over 100 total volunteers in a variety of roles! Our 5K volunteers serve as greeters, buddy runners, cheer marshals, start and finish line managers, water stops managers, and much more. Volunteers are needed to fill positions at various times in the morning between 6:00am-10:00am. We have a job for everyone who wants to help! If you are available to volunteer, then please consider volunteering at our Girls on the Run Spring 2026 5K events!  5Ks will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Jiffy Lube Live, Bristow and Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Pentagon City, Arlington.
