Pike Progress Luncheon - Pre Event Set Up

Volunteers for the Pike Progress Luncheon Pre-Event Setup Team will help us prepare the space and materials the evening before the luncheon. This shift is essential to ensuring event day runs smoothly and stress-free.

Tasks may include:
- Transporting and organizing event supplies
- Setting up registration tables and signage
- Preparing name badges and check-in materials
- Assembling sponsor signage and décor elements
- Organizing volunteer stations and event materials
- Light lifting and general space setup

This is a great opportunity for volunteers who enjoy behind-the-scenes work and helping bring an event to life from the ground up.

All volunteers can receive community-service credit upon request.

Water and snacks will be provided, and volunteers will receive a special Pike volunteer thank-you gift.
