Support the Resident Services with our annual Springfest event for one of our properties near the Alcova Heights neighborhood in Arlington, VA.

Working with families, staff and other volunteers is required for this opportunity. This is a program led by staff; volunteers can expect:
-Set Up Assistance 1:15-2:15 (help staff by setting up tables, chairs, activities and other items to be used during event. This volunteer may be asked to move up to 15 lbs while walking around.)
-Food Assistance 2:00-5:00 (help provide food options to residents present at event. Volunteer may be standing or sitting.)
-Popcorn Assistance 1:55-4:55 (work popcorn machine and hand out popcorn to residents arriving to event. Volunteer may be standing or sitting.)
-Arts and Crafts 2:05-5:05 (Hang out with the families at the event, complete crafts with residents and guide them with instructions. Volunteer may be asked to be walking around different stations.)
-Outdoor Games 1:50-4:50 (Hang out with the families at the event, guide families with instructions for each game. Volunteer may be asked to be walking around different stations.)
-Break Down Assistance 4:45-5:45 (help clean up and organize areas used for the event, put up tables and chairs. May involve walking around and moving up to 15 lbs.)
