Volunteers for the Pike Progress Luncheon Event Support Team will help create a welcoming and smooth experience for guests during the event. This is our main volunteer shift and supports the heart of the luncheon.
Tasks include:
- Greeting and checking in guests at registration
- Helping attendees navigate the venue
- Supporting speakers and VIP guests as needed
- Assisting with guest flow and seating transitions

Providing general event support across the space

All volunteers can receive community-service credit upon request.
Water and snacks will be provided, and volunteers will receive a special Pike volunteer thank-you gift.
