Light Up Clarendon – Event Setup & Breakdown Crew

Help bring Clarendon’s holiday celebration to life! We’re looking for energetic volunteers to assist with the setup and breakdown for Light Up Clarendon, our festive community tree-lighting event.
Setup (3:30–5:00 PM):

Help transport tents and supplies

Fill tent leg weights with water

Assist with tent assembly and general event setup
Breakdown (8:00–9:00 PM):

Take down tents and empty weights as needed

Load equipment into cars for transport back to storage

Help ensure the park is clean and cleared at the end of the night
This is a great opportunity for volunteers who don’t mind a little lifting and want to support a joyful community event. Thank you for helping us make Clarendon shine!
