This is a staff led event, volunteers assistance is needed for:
-Set Up (Volunteers will assist staff in setting up tables, chairs, table cloths, food and drink options along with helping to decorate the space if needed. Volunteers should be comfortable working with staff and other volunteers. This role may require stading, walking around, sitting, crouching, reaching over head, and lifting/pulling/pushing up to 10 lbs). *This is the 4:30-5:30 PM shift*
-Food Server (Volunteers will serve food to residents based on their order with a buffet style choice. Volunteer should be comfortable working with staff, other volunteers and with families. Volunteer will be asked to wear gloves and a hairnet which will be provided.) *This is the 5:00-6:30 PM shift*
-Event Floater (Volunteer will assist staff in signing in residents as they arrive, take photographs during the event and assist other volunteers as needed) *This is the 5:00-6:30 PM shift*
-Clean Up/Break Down (Volunteer will assist staff in cleaning and organizing the areas used during the event, put away tables and chairs and other material that is left over. This role may require standing, walking around, sitting, crouching, reaching over head, and lifiting/pulling/pushing up to 10 lbs). *This is the 6:00-7:00 PM shift*
