Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) is seeking Mentors to join the College & Career Readiness (CCR) program. CCR Mentors are matched with a high school junior or senior for one academic year. They support their mentee with academics, post-secondary planning, goal-setting, and other life skills. Mentors and mentees meet monthly, at a minimum, as well as attend workshops and other special events together.
New mentors must complete the required paperwork and training. Mentors should be flexible, creative, resilient, and eager to work with a high school student. Mentors will be onboarded by staff.
