Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week!!

Description: As the events director you will oversee in person events! You will co-oversee the events department!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging in-person events.
  • Utilize prior experience in event planning and management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills in coordinating event logistics.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to a team of event volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the in-person team to facilitate smooth event operations.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new in-person event volunteers.
  • Manage our Art All Night, Mount Pleasant Artist Collective Winter & Spring Booth and our Riverdale Artisan Markets booth. Must ensure volunteers are scheduled.
