Join our Policy & Advocacy Committee

Equality Arlington is looking for LGBTQ+ residents or allies to join our Policy & Advocacy (P&A) Committee! Members of the P&A Committee are volunteers who conduct research, develop or review draft policy positions and solutions, assist with advocacy efforts and campaigns, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The P&A Committee meets monthly to share information and make recommendations to the Board about policy and advocacy activities. If you have a passion for advancing policies that benefit LGBTQ+ residents and workers in Arlington, consider joining our P&A Committee!
