Equality Arlington is looking for LGBTQ+ residents or allies to join our Board of Directors! Directors are volunteers who oversee all aspects of the nonprofit including finances, advocacy, legal, and partnerships. Directors meet monthly to share information and make decisions about the organization. If you have a passion for advancing policies that benefit LGBTQ+ residents and workers in Arlington, consider joining our board of directors!
