Looking for a fun, low-stress way to give back? Join us on Thursdays at 6:30pm in Arlington to help kids build strength, agility, and confidence through movement and mentorship.
No coaching experience needed. Each volunteer runs just one fitness station as small groups rotate through. We’ll provide everything you need, including drills, equipment, and support on-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead one simple drill to improve strength, speed, or agility
- Encourage effort, teamwork, and positivity
- Help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere for underserved youth
What We Provide:
- All equipment (cones, ladders, mats, etc.)
- Drill guides and on-site team support
- A powerful way to make a lasting impact
