National Public Lands Day Trash and Vegetation Cleanup at Gravelly Point!

The Friends of Mount Vernon Trail will be improving the trail at Gravelly Point for National Public Lands Day on September 26th. Volunteers will remove trash and invasive vegetation around Gravelly Point. All ages are welcome and no special skills are required. For more information, check out the EventBrite page! The event is free but registration is required. 

We welcome groups to come volunteer at our events. If you plan on having more than 10 people come on a particular weekend, just let us know via email (hello@mountvernontrail.org) no less than one week prior to the day of the event.
