Description

You don't want to miss this!

Join Wild Virginia and Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy's Conservation Advocacy Coordinator Trinity Mills on July 29th at 6:30pm to hear a case study on habitat protection and connectivity!

JK Black Oak Wildlife Sanctuary is an 89-acre globally rare wetland preserve located in Lucketts, Virginia. This unique ecosystem supports countless species of amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals. It's in danger of being severely impacted by ongoing road improvement projects in the area, opening the door to conversations about the importance of habitat connectivity and nontraditional wildlife crossing opportunities.

Join us for a look into the vernal pools of Loudoun County!
