Who We Are
Our focus is supporting women with low income who are navigating barriers to employment and are motivated to transform their lives. Through our innovative nonprofit social enterprise, we prepare program participants for quality jobs that offer not just employment but pathways to opportunity, growth, and family sustaining wage.
What We Do
We help women recognize, demonstrate, and actualize the strength, talent, and confidence they already have within themselves. We believe that every women possesses the power to transform her life, and we know that employment is a key pathway to that transformation.
