What We Do

G3ict defines, promotes, and enhances the accessibility of content, services, products, and environments for persons with disabilities by engaging with international organizations, the private and public sectors, non-profits, and educational institutions on their journey toward inclusion.

We do this in Four Ways:

1) Our Global Advisory Center-Guiding organizations in implementing inclusion and accessibility for both their customers and employees.

2) Our Institutional Advocacy Division-Advocating for global digital accessibility through benchmarking, policy, and capacity-building initiatives.

3) M-Enabling Summit (Hosted in D.C.)- Showcasing innovations for inclusive digital accessibility at our annual Summit and global events.

4) Education and Certification- In 2016, G3ict joined forces with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), the world’s leading provider of professional resources and certification in ICT accessibility, so that both organizations may mutually benefit from synergies with their respective programs around the world.

IAAP, which now operates as a division of G3ict, is a membership-based organization for individuals and organizations that are focused on accessibility or are in the process of building their accessibility skills and strategies. Its objective is to help accessibility professionals develop and advance their careers and to help organizations integrate accessibility into their products and infrastructure. IAAP provides a place for accessibility professionals around the world to gather, share experiences and enrich their knowledge of accessibility.
