Rebuilding Together Arlington/Fairfax/Falls Church

For the past 36 years, Rebuilding Together in Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church has made health and safety repairs for low homeowners and nonprofits organizations that serve those in need.  Since 1988, we have mobilized 71,150 volunteers, with a market value of $16 million in donated labor, to repair 2,775 homes and nonprofit facilities.  

Our mission is to repair homes, revitalize communities, and rebuild lives.

Rebuilding Together-AFF makes critical home repairs and accessibility modifications at no charge for low- income homeowners and nonprofits.  Community volunteers and contractors complete repairs to make homes safer and healthier and to help older adults safely age in place. 

Repairs fall into several categories:  Aging in place, accessibility modifications, basic repairs/deferred maintenance, fire safety, energy upgrades and safety and security.
