Opportunities From: Volunteer Arlington

Grab your water bottles, load up on sun protection, and help us get Hoffman-Boston’s campus shining brightly for the new school year! The PTA will have all the cleanup supplies you need. Trash Bash is a fun and easy way to serve our community, meet neighbors, and help make our school grounds sparkle before our All-Stars.

Help us welcome back our wonderful teachers and staff with a BIG ALL-STAR WELCOME! Whether you can lend a hand with setup, serving, cleanup, or simply helping us keep things running smoothly, we would love to have you join us.

The Hoffman-Boston Food Share Table runs on the donations from our local farmers market vendors as well as business partners. Once a week on Sunday, the volunteer will go the assigned location and collect the donated food from the business partner. A personal vehicle is required to retrieve the food. After the food has been collected it will be dropped off to the central food donation location. Some of the pick up locations include: 

-Einstein Brothers Bagels

-Fairlington Farmers Market

-Columbia Pike Farmers Market

-Tatte Clarendon

-Good Company Donuts

We will work with you for the pick up location that works best for you.

The Hoffman-Boston food share table runs weekly on Mondays from 1:30pm to 4:30pm to provide free food to the community. We are looking for volunteers to help run the food share table for 3 hours. During that window volunteers will help with the following:

-Food share table set up

-Bagging food for the attendees of the event

-Breaking down the food share table
