Volunteer: Look Arlington GreeterAre you passionate about art and connecting with people? LookArlington’s pop-up gallery is looking for friendly volunteers to serve as greeters. This unique art space will provide artists, guests, and volunteers the opportunity to connect with art and our community in a unique and exciting way. Volunteers will be the first point of contact for gallery guests, helping them navigate the space and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience. No prior art expertise is required, but a friendly smile and love for local art is a plus! We need community members to assist with assembling the gallery spaces Starting on Friday, January 16 and Tuesday, January 20 through Thursday, January 22. Volunteers will help set up display areas, move materials, and support artists as they bring their work into the space. No prior experience is required. Just come ready for hands-on work and we’ll guide you through everything. After the exhibition closes, we’ll also need volunteers for breakdown and disassembly from Tuesday, March 10 through Thursday March 12, helping us carefully dismantle gallery elements and restore the site. Volunteering with LOOK Gallery is a great way to meet creative neighbors, support local artists, and contribute directly to Arlington’s newest arts experience.
