We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented volunteer to support accessibility and inclusion across our communication channels. This role involves writing alt text for social media posts, ensuring digital content is accessible, and helping translate emails and messages into other languages as needed.

Responsibilities:

Write clear and meaningful alt text for images used on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Ensure captions and formatting meet accessibility best practices (ADA compliance).

Translate written communication (emails, social posts, event announcements) into designated languages based on audience needs.

Collaborate with the social media and communications teams to review content for clarity and inclusivity.

Interview for Impact is a program designed to help young people strengthen their interviewing skills while exploring a field they’re passionate about. Through the experience of interviewing a professional, participants gain insight, build confidence, and use their voice to create change.

✅ By the end of the program, you’ll earn 20 volunteer hours and valuable experience for your resume, college applications, or personal growth.

The purpose of the Minor Missions Project is for young people to learn and educate their local community on change they wish to see. Students will gain practical experience, develop connections, and provide opportunities for leadership while inspiring others within their community.

What we do at the events depends on the event. At some events, we make cards for various causes, such as kids in hospitals. At other events, we do art and crafts.
