Strong Readers Strong Leaders (SRSL) is a phonics-based reading program that strengthens literacy and leadership skills of elementary students. Using diagnostic-prescriptive instruction, SRSL provides students with fun, multisensory literacy tools tailored to their individual learning needs. Each student is paired one-to-one with a volunteer Reading Coach for targeted support based on their learning needs. Volunteers may sign up on a flexible basis or make a weekly commitment.
