✨ What You’ll Do:
- Lead the editorial process: review, edit, and provide feedback on all magazine submissions
- Work closely with youth writers to develop strong, authentic content
- Collaborate with the lead team to set themes, plan issues, and shape the magazine’s voice
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our mission and values
- Support the recruitment and mentorship of new contributors
- Contribute your own writing when appropriate
