Support Resident Services with our annual Graduation Celebration located in one of our properties near the Columbia Forest neighborhood in Arlington, VA.

This is a program led by staff; volunteers can expect:
-Set Up & Decorators 4:30-5:30 PM: Assist staff with decorating the space being used and setting up the supplies that will be used for the event.
-Greeter & Sign In 5:20 PM-6:50 PM: Greet residents as they arrive to the event, sign them in on the sign in sheet, and direct them to the event area.
-Food Server 5:25-6:55 PM: Walk around confirming residents food order and bring their order to the table they are assigned to
-Drink Server 5:30-7:00 PM: Place water before the start of the event and take residents drinks order as they arrive to their tables. Walk around throughout the event to take any refill orders from residents.
-Activity Assistant 5:35-7:05 PM: Bring energy and attention to the different activities that graduates and their guests can take a part of.
-Break Down Assistance 6:30-7:30 PM: Start removing trash towards the end of the event, encourage residents to take home any left over food. Break down any supplies used during the event and collect any decorations that can be reused.
