This is a program led by staff; volunteers can expect:
-Greeter/sign-in 5:25-6:55 Alternate between standing and sitting; Help with event setup and breakdown; Guide residents to complete the sign-in sheet; Direct residents to the seating area; Assist with general cleanup.
-Kid Lounge Monitor (Coloring Activities) 5:30-7:00 Alternate between standing and sitting; Supervise and assist children in the art lounge with coloring activities; Provide snacks to children while parents attend the presentation; Help with setup and breakdown of the kid lounge; Assist with cleanup.
-Kid Lounge Monitor (Beading Activities) 5:30-7:00 Alternate between standing and sitting; Supervise and assist children in the art lounge with beading activities; Provide snacks to children while parents attend the presentation; Help with setup and breakdown of the kid lounge; Assist with cleanup.
-Event Assistant: 5:35-7:05 Alternate between standing and sitting; Support the Resident Services Coordinator (RSC); Pass out and collect welcome surveys; Assist residents during food service Help set up the room as directed; Break down tables and return chairs to storage; Assist with general cleanup.
