True Ground Housing is hosting our first event Soccer Tournament! A chance for children across our portfolio to compete against other True Ground Housing properties in a friendly tournament.
This is a staff led event and volunteers may be asked to assist with:
-Distributing Snacks, Drinks & Lunch
-Lifting up to 10 lbs
-Help signing-in families as they arrive (Bilingual prefered, Spanish)
-Coaching
-Referring
-First Aid Station

10:00-11:00 am- Set Up Assistance (2 volunteers needed)
Assist staff in unloading van, setting up tables, chairs, snacks, drinks etc
11:00 am-1:00 pm- Sign In/Team Assignment (2 volunteers needed)
Bilingual preferred. Sign in families as they arrive, guide children to what team they're on.
11:00 am-1:00 pm- Snack & Drink Station (2 volunteers needed)
Give out snacks, drinks, lunch to children.
11:00 am-1:00 pm- Coaching (4 volunteers needed)
Open to current or former soccer players ages 16 & older.
11:00 am-1:00 pm- Referees (4 volunteers needed)
Open to current or former soccer players ages 16 & older.
11:00 am-1:00 pm- First Aid Station (1 volunteer needed)
Seeking healthcare workers to provide light first aid if needed.
12:30-1:30 pm- Break Down Assistance (2 volunteers needed)
Assist staff in loading van with tables, chairs etc. Cleaning up any trash on field of play
