Volunteers for the Pike Progress Luncheon Setup Crew will help prepare the venue before guests arrive. This shift focuses on transforming the space into a welcoming, polished environment for attendees, speakers, and community partners.
Tasks include:
- Assisting with décor and signage placement
- Preparing the registration and welcome area
- Setting up CPP materials and merchandise
- Supporting light logistics and last-minute prep
- Table and chair setup
All instructions and materials will be provided by Columbia Pike Partnership staff on site. Please email smanrique@columbiapike.org to confirm your shift.
A confirmation email with arrival details will be shared closer to the event. All volunteers can receive community-service credit upon request.
Water and snacks will be provided, and volunteers will receive a special Pike volunteer thank-you gift.
