RISE is a mentoring program for youth ages 12 and over in Arlington and Falls Church who are at-risk of or in the early stages of court involvement. Through intentional mentorship and peer connection, we work to build protective factors that strengthen their ability to thrive. Our program empowers youth to stay engaged in school, access community support, and avoid deeper involvement in the court system through one-on-one weekly mentoring and monthly peer events.
