We are seeking passionate short-term volunteer mentors who can share their expertise and provide guidance to program participants as they embark on their professional journeys. Key Responsibilities: ● Help clients develop their resume, cover letter, and online profile to match the requirements of target jobs ● Prepare the client for interviews by sharing your insights, tips, and strategies, as well as conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback ● Share professional knowledge and industry insights to expand mentees' understanding of career paths ● Encourage mentees to develop key workplace skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
