Complies with VICAP policies and guidelines for administrative assistants, including those regarding maintaining client confidentiality and reporting of VICAP activities Collects and reports data on VICAP activities via a variety of methods, including Internet-based programs Provides administrative support for VICAP activities, such as stuffing packets and mailing informationCreates forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, or other online toolsAssists with creating content and writing articles for newsletters and press releases Assists clients with setting up appointments and conducting appointment remindersLocates and reserves training space

·    Complies with VICAP policies and guidelines for marketers, including those regarding maintaining client confidentiality and reporting of VICAP activities 

·    Distributes VICAP materials to community partners, including health care providers, places of worship, social service agencies, media outlets and or in print forums 

·    Develops and or adapts promotional materials, such as flyers, notices, and press releases 

·    Assists with the development and implementation of new partnerships and other marketing support, as needed
