What We Do
The Arlington Turkey Trot is a beloved annual 5K run/walk held on Thanksgiving Day, organized by Christ Church of Arlington. Since its inception in 2006, the Trot has raised over $1 million to support local nonprofits that provide essential services like food, shelter, and childcare to Arlington residents in need. The event brings together the community for a fun, healthy race through Lyon Park and Ashton Heights, promoting wellness, generosity, and love. All proceeds go directly to the eighteen nonprofit beneficiaries, making it a meaningful way to give back while enjoying a festive tradition.
