Who We Are
Chrysalis Development Group is a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming how communities engage with science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). We believe that hands-on learning, creative exploration, and inclusive access to innovation are essential for building empowered, future-ready generations.
Our flagship event, the Spooky Mad Science Expo, is a celebration of curiosity, creativity, and community. Now in its 10th year, the Expo brings together families, educators, scientists, artists, and students for a one-of-a-kind experience where Halloween meets STEM.
Our Goals:
Make STEAM learning fun, accessible, and family-centered
Connect youth with real-world innovators and career pathways
Create opportunities for teen leadership, volunteerism, and media literacy
Celebrate diversity in science and creativity through costumes, music, and storytelling
