What We Do
Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation, the nonprofit owner of Culpepper Garden has a mission to provide high quality affordable housing, services and support to allow older adults on fixed and very low incomes to live with dignity and independence. We operate 346 units of Independent living where low income older adults age 62 and older can age in place in our caring community.
