FLOC tutors low-income students in grades 2nd-12th in the Washington, D.C. area to achieve grade-level competency in reading and math through one-on-one attention and a structured, step-by-step curriculum. We also provide mentoring and coaching to students in grades 8th-12th through PSAT/SAT Prep, College Readiness, and Project Based Learning programs to ensure they are prepared to transition out of high school into higher education.
